Choose a new password

Pick at least 10 characters with mixed case and numbers.

Pick at least 10 characters with mixed case, numbers, and a symbol. Reusing your Minecraft or email password is discouraged.

• Confirm the password twice on the reset form.
• You will log in on all devices with the new password.
• Enable two-factor auth afterward if available.

Still locked out?

If the email never arrives, open a ticket with your username and signup date.

If the email never arrives after five minutes, open a support ticket with your username and approximate signup date for manual verification.
